How long does shipping take?

Most orders ship within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery takes 3–5 business days. Expedited options are available at checkout. Live break hits ship within 3 days of the event.

What is your return policy?

Books and sealed hobby products in original condition may be returned within 14 days. Opened packs or boxes and live break slots are final sale. Contact us first — we want to make it right.

Where can I watch the live breaks?

We stream on Facebook Live and Instagram Live. Check our Live page for the upcoming schedule. Highlights are also posted to YouTube after each stream.

How do you pack cards for shipping?

Every hit (auto, numbered, insert, rookie) is penny-sleeved and top-loaded. Graded slabs are bubble-wrapped. We use rigid mailers to prevent bending.

Do you buy or trade cards?

Yes! We buy collections and do fair trades. Email us photos and a list of what you have. We typically respond with an offer within 48 hours.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship within the US and Canada. International shipping to select countries is being rolled out — email us if you're outside North America and we'll see what we can do.
