Any cards belonging to your assigned team, player, or pack are carefully sleeved, top-loaded, and shipped directly to you.
- All Sales Are Final: Once a spot is purchased and the break has commenced, no refunds or exchanges will be provided.
- Skunk Rule: In the event your assigned team does not hit any cards, you will receive a free pack or store credit as part of our skunk protection policy.
- Card Assignments: Cards are awarded based on the logo/team printed on the card. For multi-player cards, ownership is determined by randomizer.org roll live on stream.
- Shipping: All hits (inserts, numbered, autos, rookies) are sleeved and top-loaded. Base veteran cards are generally not shipped unless specifically requested and additional shipping is paid.
- Respect the Community: We maintain a positive environment in the chat. Trolling, harassment, or poor sportsmanship will result in a ban from future breaks.
